Dr. Tim Kincaid is the principal of Timothy Kincaid Professional Services, LLC, providing strategic communications and organizational development/human resources development consulting services for organizations. He is a certified professional coach specializing in helping professionals reinvent themselves at mid-life. He brings more than 25 years of corporate experience to his practice, more than half of which was at the corporate headquarters of American Airlines. At American, he provided strategic communications counsel and support to executives on a wide range of issues, with a focus on successful communications to internal and external audiences. Tim worked extensively with AA’s human resources department on work-life, organizational culture, and diversity and inclusion. Tim took early retirement in 2008 to complete a doctorate in Human & Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. He holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (1999) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma (1980)
