For more than two decades, Joy Glasser has coached leaders operating in complex, high-stakes environments where authority, perception, and consequence converge. She works with C-suite executives, senior media leaders, and physicians whose decisions shape organizations and cultures.
Her clients have included senior leaders at Godiva Chocolate, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Politico, Simon & Schuster, Catapult Publishing, and physicians at nationally recognized health systems including Allina Health, the Mayo Clinic, Hennepin County Medical Center, and Legacy Health.
As Founder of Glasser Group, Inc., Joy brings strategic insight and narrative intelligence to her work. She understands both systems and story — how leaders think, communicate, and are experienced by others. A Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), she supports executives in strengthening cultural competence and navigating institutional complexity. She serves on steering committees at Allina Health and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing.
Joy’s coaching is defined by real-time perceptual acuity. She observes how leaders show up — their tone, pacing, authority, hesitation — and articulates what others often sense but do not name. By reflecting both intention and impact, she helps leaders identify patterns that constrain effectiveness and clarify areas for growth.
