Joy is the Founder of Glasser Group, Inc. She holds a Master’s in Education from Hamline University and a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from New York University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

Her background in education and performance informs her ability to read a room, track subtle dynamics, and respond in real time. She understands both systems and story — how leaders think, communicate, and are perceived.

In her work, Joy creates an emotionally grounded, intellectually rigorous, and creatively engaged environment.
